Exchange Policy

MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program Store - EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to us that you are happy with your order. If there are any issues with your garment, or defects with a gift item, we’d be happy to resolve the problem with an exchange. Please inspect all items upon delivery as any exchanges are to be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order. Refunds cannot be issued.

Please note, customized uniforms are not eligible for exchange.

To start your exchange, please email goodlifekids@newerasite.com and include:

• Your packing slip number that was included with your shipment
• The name and size of the item you would like to exchange
• The name and size of the item you would like to receive
• The reason for the exchange

You will be issued an Exchange Request Form and a Return Authorization Number.

• Print and complete the Exchange Request Form, including the Return Authorization Number
• Complete your return/exchange using the instructions provided.
